Risk and adventure. We are not adverse to either one here in Crested Butte. We thrive on it. It’s why we’re here. And while I believe your real estate experience should be a grand adventure I do not believe that it should involve risk. You don’t get anywhere in life being average; it’s what draws us to this Mountain at 9000 feet. When you’re buying and selling real estate, especially in a resort community, you don’t want average. I have lived in Crested Butte for over 15 years, depending how you count. I was here in the 80s and 90s and I am back with my younger daughter and my Siberian Husky.
